1. Ultraviolet radiation.
Ultraviolet disinfection is the use of appropriate wavelength of ultraviolet rays can destroy DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) molecular structure of microbial body cells, resulting in growth cell death and (or) regenerative cell death, to achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection.
 2. 75% alcohol spray.
Using alcohol for disinfection is also a commonly used disinfection method.Alcohol can penetrate into the bacteria and coagulate the proteins that make up the bacteria. alcohol is commonly used as a disinfectant for medical and general uses. When using 95% pure alcohol for disinfection, the higher the concentration of alcohol, the stronger the effect of protein coagulation. 
When high-concentration alcohol comes into contact with bacteria, the surface of the bacteria can quickly solidify, forming a layer of film, which organizes the alcohol to continue to penetrate into the bacteria, and the cells inside the bacteria cannot be completely killed. When some bacteria encounter high concentrations of alcohol, they will quickly produce a protective reaction, forming spores with a hard shell to resist the damage of alcohol. When the time comes, the cells in the membrane will resurrect. Therefore, the use of concentrated alcohol cannot achieve the purpose of disinfection. If 70%-75% alcohol is used, it can not only coagulate the proteins that make up the bacteria, but also can not form a thin film, so that the alcohol can continue to penetrate into the interior, and it can be thoroughly disinfected and sterilized. If the concentration of alcohol is less than 70%, it will not completely kill the bacteria. Therefore, mastering the concentration of alcohol can better achieve the disinfection effect.
